At one point on the previous day, more than 28k energy customers in the state were experiencing outages.

Humid circumstances were forecast to persist along large portions of the state's eastern regions this week as a weather pattern continued to pull in damp air against the shoreline.

Tomorrow was expected to become the heaviest precipitation period, with continued thunderstorm potential anticipated across multiple regions of both areas.

Safety Concern

Public health experts alerted that there was an greater possibility of thunderstorm-induced asthma across the countryside regions, particularly given the existing atmospheric conditions.
