Los Angeles experienced widespread festivities after the Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-game World Series title. Fans across the globe united with Angelenos in celebration, marking the initial time in 25 years that a team has secured consecutive championships.
Victory Parade Attracts Enormous Crowds
Local celebrations featured a procession through the city center on the morning of the parade, a reserved-seating event at Dodger Stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.
Online footage show thousands of Los Angeles residents packing downtown streets, many carrying homemade signs and team flags. The team was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the crowds, raising the championship trophy high.
