White House Decries 'Democratic Fabrication' as Further Jeffrey Epstein Photographs Released

House Democrats have made public a additional set of what they labeled "alarming" images from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been previously circulated—along with another 70 issued later on Friday account for a tiny fraction of the almost 100,000 images handed over to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the actions and ties of Epstein.

The fallen money manager died by apparent suicide in a New York prison cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking charges.

Notable Figures in the Photos

Among the high-profile individuals shown in the initial batch are well-known figures featuring film director Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump appears in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are redacted.

White House Reaction

The White House addressed the release in a statement, accusing Democrats of purposefully "choosing" the images for partisan aims and to "seek to establish a false storyline."

"That partisan falsehood against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked," a presidential representative remarked, maintaining that "the current government has achieved more for Epstein's victims than Democrats have ever done by consistently demanding openness, making public numerous documents of papers, and calling for additional probes into Epstein's liberal connections."

Panel Member Remarks

The photos were published without context, but according to a Democratic representative from California and senior member of the oversight committee, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's connections to the rich and powerful.

"It is time to halt this White House concealment and secure justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he stated in a comment.

The disclosure of these documents coincides with the oversight committee proceeding with its inquiry into the affair.
